Graham spent 8 years as group financial director for the Meon group of tour operating, retail, business group and incentive travel clients before founding Brett Howell associates in 1992.

Graham is co-author of the Meeting & Incentive Travel Industry Annual Financial Benchmark Survey and also has interests in customer satisfaction benchmarking.

Sally specialises in sales and marketing for travel industry clients and was the co-founder of Brett Howell Associates in 1992. Sally has a broad experience of travel industry sales and marketing covering aspects from brochure production, advertising, agency sales team management and e-commerce.

Sally is also the co-author of the Meeting & Incentive Travel Industry Annual Financial Benchmark Survey and has interests in customer satisfaction benchmarking.
